This place is simply amazing. Not only did they accommodate same day delivery for me but they even went out of their way to call me and ask if I wanted a special note/card added to my order (which I did). Then they text me photo confirmation of delivery. A+ and will definitely recommend to all I know!

Google is too kind by allowing a minimum of 1 star reviews vs what this shop is actually deserving of which is 0. Placed my same day delivery order on 5/18, within their same day delivery window time. The entire evening passed with my order being stuck in "preparing for shipping" status. As of now it is still in the same status. I called at 10am on 5/19 and no answer. Followed up with an email and 7 hours later still no response. This is an awful first and last impression. An update on my order would have been the minimum this business could have done. I am waiting for this transaction to clear so I can dispute this charge and have my bank deal with this unprofessional business as I no longer care to know what happened. *** Update: Guess who is actually capable of picking up a phone to update me AFTER leaving a review? Note to the public there was never an email sent to me from this business. *waiting for them to forward me this alleged email* The only kind and responsible thing they have done for me at this point is canceling the order so I won't have to dispute the charge. Initially, the flower arrangements I ordered arrived was definitely SUBSTANDARD, and I was so disappointed and angry that I paid so much money for what I received! I tried calling (ultimately received a call at 830pm when I was putting my daughter to sleep- not ever a good time), I also emailed and sent a message on their Facebook page. I was told by the woman I spoke to that I could bring it in and they would exchange it. Mind you I had the flowers delivered, not very convenient to say the least. I then received an email and told to give the flowers back to our door person and they would come pick it up and leave the improved flower arrangement. We left the arrangement at the front desk after 8 am. They did but pick it up until 1110 am when their driver was lost in finding the arrangement. Ultimately, the driver picked it up but no substitute arrangement! We did not get the other arrangement until 450 pm. I must give credit that the substitute arrangement was absolutely beautiful! But I shouldn’t have been put through this experience when my purchase cost over $200. The quality of that first arrangement, was very poor and should not have left their business!

Update to original review: It appears Bloom had some technical issues impacting orders yesterday. Fortunately they were able to get it resolved with the flowers being delivered today. While it wasn't an ideal situation for anyone I appreciated the communication and resolution from the owner. They also sent me a photo of the bouquet and it was lovely. Ordered flowers online yesterday for same-day delivery for a friend in the hospital. Order was confirmed via email and charge is pending on my bank account, but flowers weren’t delivered as expected. Have tried calling multiple times, left voicemails and emailed, but unable to reach anyone so I’m not sure what’s going on.

I ordered $750 worth of flowers for my baby shower. The flowers did not look anything like what I ordered. They were yellow instead of white which was extremely disappointing since the yellow clashed with the theme of my shower. The flowers are still beautiful but for $750, I feel as though I should have gotten what I paid for. I understand that items run out of stock, but I was never notified of this. I was never offered any compensation for this as well. I will add that they did deliver by the time they said they would but when the delivery arrived I was informed that one of the vases completely tipped over and all of the water fell out.
